Originally founded in 2004 as a specialist External Wall Insulation contractor, operating in the South-East of England, Lawtech Ltd now operates throughout England, Scotland, Wales and the Channel Islands.
The company is one of the industry’s leading External Wall Insulation contractors operating from our headquarters in Rochester, Kent. We currently have orders of approximately 200,000 m² of external wall insulation.
Our annual turnover for 2011/12 is expected to exceed £15 million. We employ more than 50 staff as well as up to 350+ approved and trained operatives.
We have developed a broad spectrum of in-house construction expertise. Our partnering culture means we engage collaboratively with clients early in a project. Our project team comprise dedicated design, cost management and construction teams, and specialist supply chain partners. We work collaboratively to manage risk and value, delivering innovative, high quality yet cost-effective solutions, using a whole life approach. We have the capacity and capability to manage and run multi-million pound refurbishment contracts.
Since the company’s inception, Lawtech Ltd has structured its business around quality and delivery of projects.
Founded by two Directors with 25 years combined experience of the housing refurbishment market, the company soon developed a reputation for delivering quality at a competitive price, and as a result the business grew at a fast pace through repeat orders. Within 2 years Lawtech became one of the largest installers of EWI in the UK, surpassing many of its rivals with much longer trading histories.
Key to this success was the training of operatives to an exceptional standard, efficient delivery of works and excellent partnering relationships.
In 2009 Lawtech became only one of a few External Wall Insulation contractors to be appointed to the British Gas framework for delivering their CESP obligation. Lawtech satisfied several criteria set out by British Gas, including rigorous H&S checks, audits of their quality management systems and unannounced site visit inspections.
Lawtech Ltd has successfully installed over 750,000m² of external wall insulation and is approved by all major system suppliers. We actively support our trade organisations and we were proud to be the first invited member to the NIA as a specialist external wall contractor. Our Managing Director is a member of the NIA Council.
Lawtech is now one of the leading companies in its field in respect to quality and standards. Many of our staff attend external committees, developing skills within the external wall insulation sector.

what we offer
Lawtech Ltd offer a one-stop shop for whole house energy saving solutions. Core to our services is our in-house specialist façade division. We are one of the leading UK companies in external wall insulation.
Through our in-house design team we can design, plan and install, major “green retrofit” projects as well as specialist façade installations for other major contractors throughout the UK. We can offer advice in obtaining grants from government agencies and utility companies, and we will provide quality throughout the process. Lawtech Ltd is an ISO9001 registered company.
