Within the industry, the name Lawtech is synonymous with quality.
Ever since the inception of the company in 2004, a dedicated focus to delivering Quality on Time has seen us expand and grow, becoming an industry leader in the field of specialist insulated render systems and solid wall insulation.
In the words of Managing Director David Lawrence: “Our ongoing quality objective is to achieve client satisfaction by constant review and ongoing measurement and analysis of all our services”.
With a Quality Management System certified by BSI to ISO 9001:2008 standard, (See Certificate), our commitment to Quality comes from the very top, with the development of set procedures, defined against critical path operations.
Under the direction of the Board, performance is measured and reported through a series of internal audits, carried out by our in-house Quality Manager and auditor, who is certified by the Chamber of Commerce. Regular auditing highlights non-conformance and areas for improvement, for which corrective and preventive action plans are formulated, implemented and closed out. Thus we maintain an ongoing evaluation and improvement process that ensures our procedures, processes and performance remain both effective and efficient.
On site, operations and system installations are subject to meticulous quality control checks and audits to ensure that the specifications are adhered to throughout.
A series of hold points and stage inspections are developed, bespoke to each Project, and enforced through regular visits from both the Quality Manager and Technical Manager. Working closely with our supply chain inspection teams, we are able to ensure that the integrity of the Insulation system is maintained layer upon layer, that thermal efficiency is fully achieved, and that the aesthetic finish is in keeping with our previous NIA and INCA award winning projects.
