The Buxton Group |
Lawtech Ltd was instructed by The Buxton Group to apply an anti crack render system to two new houses being built near Richmond Park London. The system chosen was the Alumasc lightweight render system with a 1.5mm silicone render finish. The work involved pinning the mesh through the render system as the background was constructed in lightweight blocks. Of particular problem was the rendering into heads of windows. This was overcome using calcium silicate boards fixed to the reveals and then rendered to match the rest of the finish.
Lawtech Ltd is a leading subcontractor for many of the façade material suppliers. We are able to provide assistance in the design and installation of various cladding systems including lightweight steel frame infill structures, external wall insulation (EWI), anti-crack render systems, NHBC insulated render systems, concrete repairs and specialist coatings. Our modern philosophy towards contracting is based on the principals of partnering with our clients and an open attitude towards achieving a contract completed on time, in budget and of exceptional quality. Lawtech Ltd is involved in both the new build and refurbishment market and has a proven track record and enjoys working closely with key clients including local authorities, housing associations, main contractors and the MOD.
