Mornington Rd Estate was our first contract with Breyer Group and their partnering client Anscombe Housing. Since then Lawtech have completed a further 5 contracts with the same two clients.

This contract was difficult due to its small sections of concrete all of which needed to be blasted and this work was to be in the close proximity of crittall windows. The prevention of dust into residents accommodation was crucial to the clients so when this work was completed without a hitch there were smiles all round.  Lawtech Ltd paid great attention to the protection needed to each flat including those not that near the blasting operation. Whilst this would cost us more at the outset, a good clean site would mean completing on time, little snagging works and the correct attitude to take into future works. The System employed on this contract was the Weber Building Solutions concrete repair system using Mulsifix repair mortars.
