Iveagh House was a large building which had fallen into a poor state of repair. The amount of defective concrete was substantial and required the expertise of a specialist contractor.

Lawtech Ltd was instructed to provide a design and specification for the repair system and carry out the works on site. Lawtech designed a system with its chosen supplier, Ronacrete Ltd and carried out the works, using traditional repair techniques as well as integrating sacrificial anodes to protect the structure into the future.
