Lawtech Ltd was instructed to carry out the specialist rendering to a part residential, Majestic wine retail property. The woks consisted of the supply and installation of Alumasc 703 lightweight render incorporating a mesh, with a silicone based 1.5mm grain finish and incorporating stainless steel beading where necessary..
In addition the free hand formation of window head details was included. This was achieved using BluClad calcium silicate boards with a thin coat render system comprising of composite mortar and silicone coatings.
Lawtech Ltd also used its concrete repair knowledge to employ a solution using Sika Icoment 530 cosmetic mortar for a cost effective way of levelling the surfaces of the internal walls to achieve a desired finish.
