Working for British Gas, we have started our second largest CESP funded scheme.
This CESP funded project has a range of measures and works to tower blocks on the Southampton coastline. The towers visible to all who set sail into and out of Southampton are ready to undertake some much needed regeneration throughout the programme.
The programme sees works commence firstly to Towers Oslo, Rotterdam, Havre and Hampden, followed by work to Copenhagen under ECO. The works include existing cladding removal, Rockwool Mineral Wool EWI System to all towers, balcony double glazed window installations and a centralised district heating with independent controls placed within each flat.
The project is under way and with scaffolding and site set up, the vision has started to become a reality that both the client and residents have eagerly awaited.
