This 17 storey tower block on London Southbank has recently been completed. The scheme comprises 43 residential units with a 992 sq ft commercial and retail complex over the ground and first floor.

This project consisted of 2,500m² of insulated render system fixed to a lightweight steel frame infill panel within a concrete frame main structure. The insulated render system had to be installed with a 15mm drained cavity between itself and the lightweight steel frame panels to comply with the requirements outlined by the NHBC.

As part of the recently completed Salamanca Square complex, this tower block is the final building by Berkeley Homes.
