We were employed as a sub-contractor for George Osborne Ltd to deliver insulated render works on a residential new build project in Maidstone. The designed blocks will provide new high end living homes and apartments.

Our remit was to supply and fit to the walls of all blocks WBS Epsitec External Wall Insulation System, incorporating 60mm EPS insulation and Silicone ‘K’ 1.5mm textured finish and applied to timber battens on SIPS panels.

There were also a volume of render only areas to carrier board, to give a uniform finish to the complete building.

This new build project further shows Lawtech’s ability to deliver high end quality facades.
