The vicinity known as Little Venice (due to a canal passing trough) will see the complete refurbishment of the 6 Tower blocks by Wates Construction Ltd. Lawtech have been awarded the Design & Build contract to carry out the refurbishment of the concrete structure followed by the installation of an external wall insulation system. The value of the contract is in the region of £1.3m and is expected to commence on site early January 2007. Lawtech Ltd is an approved contractor for many of the leading façade material suppliers. We are able to provide assistance in the design and installation of various systems including lightweight metal frame and rail system as well as traditionally fixed systems. We are able to provide advice in meeting the energy performance and reduced carbon dioxide emission aims set out in the revised Part L, compliance with NHBC guidelines and Building Regulations.
