Lawtech Ltd have recently been appointed by Ashford Borough Council to carry out the external rennovation for there Wimpey No Fines flats in Bybrroke Road. The potential value of the project is in excess of £1.5M

The works on the scheme will comprise of the demolition and rebuild of the existing porch,  upgrading the balcony areas and some small concrete repair areas. The main scope of the works will be the installation of an Alumasc Insulated Render System (Swistherm) to the outside of the building.

The Insulated Render System will bring the thermal performance of the flats up to current standards whilst giving the buildings a fresh look.
