Major Refurbishment

At Lawtech Ltd we can deliver major green refurbishment projects for you.

We have experience in house with concrete repairs, external wall insulation and cladding. Our project managers and senior site teams have experience of delivering large scale refurbishment schemes in excess of £20 million.

Above is an example of one of our green retrofit projects is in Glasgow. With works on site valued in excess of £20 million the scheme, amongst other things, includes External Wall Insulation of 85,000m², PV panels to 600 units, new windows to over 1000 units, air source heat pumps, loft insulation, draft proofing, new boilers and heating (including new mains supply), concrete repairs, balcony improvements and communal TV reception systems.

With renewable energy sources and energy efficient measures, the scheme is a model for future green retrofit projects being delivered successfully by Lawtech.
