Our Expertise in action

From the outset of a project our technical team is fully involved. Led by our Technical Manager, all of our technical team undergo a rigorous training regime and are constantly looking to improve their knowledge and to keep up to date with the latest system innovations. We have our own in-house material testing methods to ensure that we are happy with the claims made on product performance and that we can be sure what we are installing will perform to its stated parameters. We believe that we are the only external wall insulation contractor that has a dedicated technical team to ensure that its quality and understanding of products is market leading.

In addition to the design and product selection, our technical team is responsible for carrying out quality checks on site, ensuring that setting out is accurate and installation is carried out as the design states. This process of inspection carries on throughout the project until its final sign-off by the technical team.

Our technical team can offer advice and bespoke training for any of our clients that wish to understand the processes of solid wall insulation. This can involve exact mock-ups of a specific project so that our clients can understand what the project will look like.

Lawtech is one of the largest installers of external wall insulation systems across the UK with offices in Rochester and Glasgow. Lawtech is UKAS accredited to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and is an active member of both the NIA & INCA.

Lawtech is able to act as a Principal Contractor on multi million pound “green” retrofit schemes installing and managing multiple energy saving measures, and in addition as a specialist façade contractor working with other contractor partners. We are able to offer advice and assistance in respect to grants and funds schemes available under CERT, CESP and from 2013 Green Deal.
