Lawtech Ltd Concrete Repairs is a division within Lawtech Ltd which has extensive experience in the field of concrete repair.

Reinforced concrete has always been susceptible to decay through either built-in, electro-chemical, or environmental reasons. We are experts at repairing, protecting and improving the appearance of concrete through an equally diverse array of repair methods (traditional; spray or electrochemical re-alkalisation; or desalination) and we are fully endorsed and accredited by all major concrete repair system manufacturers.

Our concrete repair division works seamlessly with our specialist façade division in respect to refurbishment projects. Traditional tower blocks made from reinforced concrete often need surface treatments before any cladding system is installed. Our two divisions work hand in hand to give potential clients a one source responsibility for the façade enabling quality to be maintained and cost savings to be passed on to the client.

Our staff have many years’ experience in the concrete repair industry and Lawtech can carry out full surveys with written reports detailing the extent and cause of the problem, produce full written specifications, and costing budgets for the repair.

Lawtech is one of the largest installers of external wall insulation systems across the UK with offices in Rochester and Glasgow. Lawtech is UKAS accredited to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and is an active member of both the NIA & INCA.

Lawtech is able to act as a Principal Contractor on multi million pound “green” retrofit schemes installing and managing multiple energy saving measures, and in addition as a specialist façade contractor working with other contractor partners. We are able to offer advice and assistance in respect to grants and funds schemes available under CERT, CESP and from 2013 Green Deal.
